Our class has been working on a science experiment since early March. We tried the experiment several times. Our first experiment flopped due to the tiles I purchased. The second experiment molded due to the time the tiles remained in the liquid. The kids enjoyed seeing the how variables effect the outcome of an experiment. Finally, we had success. During this procedure, we studied the tooth, created how to writing, and assembled a diagram. K-2 were responsible for class projects and 3-5 are to submit individual projects. We will be judged on Thursday night at the PTA meeting. Here is a glimpse at our hard work. I will have the kids assemble the boards and attach a few of their observation journals before turning in the experiment.
